My name is HEIDI. I am a long-haired Dachshund, 7 years old, weighing 12- 15 lbs. Because of health issues my loving owners are no longer able to care for me and my best pal NOEL. They want to make absolutely certain that we go to a home where we will receive love in abundance, the way we have all of our lives. We must be adopted, together. We are strongly bonded and S.P.A. will only adopt us to a home understanding they we must never be separated. Our loving owners called S.P.A. because they heard their organization place pets in only the best of homes. I am up to date on all my shots and have been on heartworm preventative. I am playful and very loving. I like to nibble at NOELS ears. I have not been around children or other pets. My owners say I am territorial and protective of them.
